okay...kalau saya accept job tu...the soonest akan pergi pun maybe lepas raya la kan. Saya merancang akan bawa anak2 (3orang 8yrs/3yrs/3weeks) dan wife (sorang je hehe) hujung tahun ni. Wife sedang bekerja dgn gomen...dan plan amik cuti tanpa gaji setahun (year2012).

pastu smpi offer letter G8 instead of G9.. aku try counter ngan AP.. AP plak yg block xbg aku counter grade tuh... aduh aku risau kot2 bkn panelman smpi sane..

aku dh riki2 ngan memember kt sane.. G8 tuh pon dh kire OK.. elaun same jer..
pe lg aku sign je la.. ko G10 lg ok la..
aku ank 3 org.. dlm perut de lg 1..
hehehe cukop kouta 4 by next year..

kalau ikutkan basic baru ni dgn QP dan dgn company aku sekarang ni tak banyak pun beza.. tapi disebabkan aku nak merasa cabaran baru..aku accept jugak..walaupun memula tu family aku mcm tak berapa setuju..
apa2 pun..target aku, aku nak rasa tempat baru je.. nak cuba sesuatu yg baru dlm hidup aku..bila lagi kalau bukan sekarang..

Saya akan menghadiri satu interview di KL pd 23/9/2011. Majikan saya (kalau dapat) ialah KAHRAMAA.

Ada ke sesiapa di sini yg kerja dgn KAHRAMAA.? Saya memohon jawatan land surveyor di sana.

On the same note saya juga ada kawan yg akan menghadiri interview dgn Kahramaa ( x sure di KL atau Doha) kalau kawan2 yg ada sedikit sebanyak info tentang package oleh Kahramaa sila berkongsi utk pengetahuan rakan2 yg bakal menghadiri inteview tersebut. Sedikit sebanyak info ada dlm advertisement AP.

Senior Positions Benefits

Entitlements and conditions:

During the first 90 days of probation period, candidate will be accommodated in a suitable accommodation at Kahramaa's cost only for the room. Candidate will be responsible of other expenses of food, laundry, ….

One time furniture grant of QR.40000 (for married status) or QR.20000 (for bachelor status) will be paid to the candidate after probation period. This will be depreciated over four years.

After four years, QR.5000 will be paid to the candidate every year as repairs and maintenance allowance.

Candidate will be entitled to 37 working days leave every year.

Candidate will be entitled to two-way tickets every year (Doha- Country of Origin-Doha) including his wife and up to four kids not more than 18 years old.

Interest-free car loan of five times of monthly basic salary or QR.45000 whichever is higher, payable in 48 equal monthly installments.

Telephone Allowance Q.R. 500 yearly.

Free medical services at government and selected private hospitals in Qatar

End of Service Benefits equivalent of one month basic salary per year of service.

Shipment of household items: Upon arrival and departure from Qatar, candidate will be compensated for the air freight of household's items an amount in cash equivalent to 350 kgs. for employee, 350 kgs. for his wife/husband and 20 kgs. per eligible child up to four (4) kids substantiated by receipts to assist candidate towards the costs of unaccompanied air freight and other related expenses and according to the original bill.

Education allowance.

Employment in Kahramaa will be subject to the following conditions:
1 - Submission of authenticated certificates of education/degree and work experience
2 - Obtaining work visa approval
3 - Passing pre-employment medical tests

Education allowance tidak dinyatakan secara terperinci. Agak tergantung kenyataan tersebut.

Salam.. My brother pegi interview tuh tadi.. Da kata ok dan kahramaa dah offer dah pon job.. Skang tgh nak study terms and condition lah dulu.. Kalo sume ok insyaAllah akan berangkat ke doha lah akhir tahun nanti...

dzool: saya pun dh p interview kt AP pd 23/9 dulu. proses inerview tu senang je. utk teknikal interview, saya dpt ok utk semua kotak2 dlm form tu. x smpai 10 minit dh abis teknikal interview. dia tanya pengalaman kerja dan pengalaman2 peralatan yg digunakan. Yg paling lama interview dgn HR. masa ni lah nk negotiate apa yg patut.

NikTAF56: betul, interview tu by invitation. tp ada gak yg dtg walk-in. Congratulations to ur brother. Saya tgh pertimbangkan tawaran depa, tp berdasarkan research saya di forum ini dan lain2 forum x bnyk benefit yg depa bg kt saya. selepas negotiate dgn boss HR depa ini yg dia bg:

basic: 7k
house allowance: 3k (married status).
fieldwork allowance: 1k@15% of basic salary
education allowance: tak ada
flight ticket: for employee only
medical : all family members covered by KAHRAMAA
overtime : ada

Tahniah dapat offer. Namun, based on what your kindself listed. I personally rasa tough untuk you stay kat Doha nanti. Even if you datang single, I imagine it's going to be tough (belanja agak tinggi untuk dari masa ke semasa balik tengok keluarga kat Msia) :

Education Allowance : Very expensive
Flight ticket : On average a return ticket would cost around QR3K. Mmg ada kekadang around QR2K. Tapi kalau emergeny : .... really tough to get.
Medical : Coverage kalau tak silap sekiranya berada di Qatar sahaja. You may want to double check.

I imagine bergantung juga pilihan hidup Tuan nanti. Eg. Kalau anak2 nak hantar British International School, setahun kena bayar dalam QR35k/sorang setahun (Sekolah boleh mula dari umur 4 tahun). Alternatively, kalau hantar ke Pakistan School (medium of instruction - English) kosnya adalah jauh lebih murah (Dalam QR8k/seorang setahun).

Kalau Tuan pilih cara hidup yang sederhana, mungkin boleh kut dengan pendapatan QR15k/ setahun.
