Need some advice

I'm edie from Miri,

Next week will be a in person interview at AP for Assitance Manager at Qatar Intermediate Holdings.Anybody working with this company.

It is permanent position with others allowance same as most of you are getting ( housing allowance, transport, medical, schooll subsidy). As inital discuss over phone and email. Actually I just put my CV to AP,,initialy refuse the offer then they insist me to join interview after QH review my profle.

Question :

1. How good that company
2. What are the salary package shall be,,on application form i put min basic salary exculde allowance USD 20K (without convert to QR), Currently i'm working as manager at oil & gas service provider, earn almost 5 figure MYR. AP said can discuss during meeting with QH personal.
3. Work enviroment at Qatar, as i need to manage a few pepole work under me.
4. What are the procedure or can go back to malaysia, any time base on leave, do we base on exit permit. Also if any emergency need to go back.

make sure housing allowance at least 14k/month, school fee at least 45k/child per year, return ticket enough for at least twice a year, transport allowance enough to buy a good 4WD car...then basic of about USD10k....kalau kurang dari itu better stay di Miri, your life will be much better...unless you memang nak datang Doha then it's your choice lah..

Kalau position manager (mudir)

Basic 20k - 35k/mth
housing allowance 12 - 17k/mth
School fee 23k - 30k/child per year
transport allowance 1.5k - 3k/mth
Air ticket Business Class/year

Kalau dapat lg lebih lagi bagus..

Kalau position engineer (minimum 10 yrs experience)

Basic 15k - 22k/mth
housing allowance 8 - 13k/mth
School fee 23k - 30k/child per year
transport allowance 1.5k - 2k/mth
Air ticket Economy/year

*all in Qatar Riyal (QR)
