NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at AL WAHA CLUB HOUSE,  AL KHOR COMMUNITY, AL KHOR, State of Qatar on 17 APRIL 2015 (FRIDAY) at 6:00 pm for the purpose of transacting the following business:-


1.                  To approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 26 April 2014

2.                  To approve the Report of the Association

3.                  To approve the Financial Statement of the Association

4.                  To elect the new Executive Committee for 2015/16 term; and

5.                  To transact any other business of the Association.
