Job offer in Qatar

Hi all, just intro, i am a sabahan working in KK now.

Recently, saw an advert in jobstreet by a manpower supplier for a water treatment plant in Qatar, package offered for the post of HSE Manager as follows.

Monthly salary: Between SGD 8,000 to SGD 9,000 including overseas allowance per month
Settling allowance : SGD 3,000.00 (one time only)
Status: Single posting
Home trip: 2 trips to Malaysia (annually)
Tenure : 36 months (subject to extension upon management discretion)
Transportation: Provided by company (sharing basis)
Accommodation: Provided by company (sharing basis with one room allocated)
Annual Leave: 18 days
Home leave: 6 days
Service Gratuity: 3 weeks base salary per completed year of service
Medical & Insurance coverage will be provided to employee only. Details will be elaborated in the employment letter.

well, i decided not to pursue the application as its only single status, even though its double my current salary. Hard to be away from my 1 year old baby hehehe....

anyway , what u guys think abt that package, is it reasonable for a HSE Manager to get only SGD9000 max? Interested? look up in jobstreet.
