Engineer perempuan & family @Qatar

nak tny pasal environment utk engineer perempuan di Qatar.. Saya rotating equipmt engineer, experience 7 thn..3 thn terakhir dgn oil n gas consultant kat kl.. Sblm tu dgn turbomachinery contractor..Niat nak cari kerje di middle east, nak bw anak2 & maid sekali..husband mungkin tak ikut, sbb other committment kat msia.. Baca2 kat forum ni tak jumpa lg kes mcm saya ni..
1.any chances female engineer dpt keje di Qatar? Any discriminacy ke?
2. Any chances AP berminat dgn my CV?
3. Any 'hidden' things yg perlu tahu sblm mencuba apply utk keje di sana?
4. Roughly berapa gaji utk experience 7 thn ni..for Rasgas/QP contohnya..

tapi bila depa interview, make sure u mintak "Family Status", sebab if they offer u "single status", elaun sikit...
tapi most probably susah nak dapat, unless they really want u to join...
so ikut nasib gaks nie...

Regarding yr questions.

1. Female Engineer ramai kat sini..yg dari Malaysia pum ramai..so opportunities is for everybody yang qualified.

2. AP sure minat wt yr CV...depa cuma agent for Ras Gas and others..and they can stay in business coz we send our CV to them.

3. So far...ada 5,000 Malaysians (including spouse and children)..cuma work force kat sini..mainly from India & Philippines.. so far..Malaysians can cope with living & working environment in Qatar.

4. Tujuh Tahun experience..depends on yr employer offer on grade and salary structure..normally around QR 15-20K.

Berkenaan maid, you can apply to bring the maid selepas dpt Residence Permit which usually take 1 month after your arrival.
Ramai female staff working with RG and so far takde lagi dgr cerita diskriminasi gender.
