The service in brief is to help our clients who face any problem while driving their vehicle and won’t know what to do or where to go, here you go our aim to make your life easier and comfortable.

Arabian Allied Association "AAA-Qatar" has the will to creat unique roadside assistance service, in the market and establish a new brand of quality and delivery, we will have the pleasure to serve you.

We have two kind of membership as below:
* Silver Card Membership Qrs. 300/-
Standard service assortment for a full year:
• Towing services.
• Tire changes.
• Lockout services.
• Battery boosting.
• Emergency fuel delivery (5 liter free).
• Full coverage in Sultanate of Oman (fees applicable).

* Gold Card Membership Qrs. 500/-
• Towing services.
• Tire changes.
• Lockout services.
• Battery boosting.
• Emergency fuel delivery (5 liter free).
• Vehicle registration servic ().
• Full coverage in Sultanate of Oman.
• Supplement gold card for close family member(s) (for only Qrs. 250/-).

In order to facilitate creating an environment where all the services can be smoothly provided, the following operation process to be implemented:
• A call centre will be fully equipped in AAA Qatar premises to handle the operation process 24-24 hrs.
• A fleet of breakdown platform vehicles will be distributed in Doha city to respond for an emergency call within 45 minutes (depends on the traffic situation).
• The vehicle will be provided with silver or gold membership number and the description of the vehicle, the card should be kept in the vehicle and to be presented to our service personnel on request.
• A sticker of AAA Qatar will be provided with the card and should be placed on the windscreen of the vehicle. The sticker includes the hotline number +974 4422002 where in case of emergency the driver should call that number only.
• In case of receiving an emergency call for a vehicle breakdown, immediately our call centre will arrange to send the very near truck to the scene place and get the client’s instructions to where the vehicle should be sent.
• A service report will be signed by the driver of the vehicle in order to keep evidence of the service.
• Any new services to be added rather than the above mentioned services should be agreed between the two parties.
• All the services will be provided on basis of 24/24 and 365 days a year to any emergency call in state of Qatar.
