Celcom international roaming problem in Qatar

Just want to findout. Anyone facing same problem? Dah almost 2 weeks x ada service. No network.

Yep, I have the same problem. In fact, it's been months. The service is intermittent - sometimes ada, sometimes takde.

Cuba sekarang. Try guna manual Network Selection.

Should work now.

This is not the first time it happens. Dah banyak kali berlaku, tak tahulah di mana silapnya ?

Perhaps our engineers in QTel could shed some light ?

Celcom was having problem due to Network Routing changes towards Qtel has been done without notifying Qtel.

As for today at 1pm, it should be full recovered.

Bagi pelanggan Celcom yg ada masalah lagi di masa hadapan adalah dinasihatkan terus buat komplen pada Celcom. Sebabnya, org technical diaorg nih susah sikit nak runding selagi takda customer komplen.
