Bro, kalu nak elak dari agent...carik yang advert yang direct sewa ngan landlord atau gi direct ngan real estate office... setakat hari ini ada sesetengah property mmg diorg hired agent..sesetengah leh sewa direct ngan owner...sekarang rumah still surplus lagi..insyallah leh dapat tu...lagi pung unless you dah sampai sini esok baru leh strongly hunting rumah...kat sini diorang tak layan individual booking2 ni... nak rumah/ apartment..dtg tgk setuju sign kontrak and bayar truss. no money no huney

xder lg stkat ni klau tngok kt AP utk technician...mngikut member yg baru pegi interview ngn QP 2 mnggu lpas dia ckap dlam bulan 7 thun dpan. Dia pun ngh tnggu utk position kt offshore n dia tolak pun offer yg dia dapat utk metering station tu. Info ni org QP yg bgtau sendiri. Kita tngoklah nnti tu kn.
