QP Interview : Selok-belok

INSYA ALLAH, I will have my interview with QP next Saturday @ KL. The post is senior operations supervisor in TDD (transmission and distribution dept).

So I would be grateful if anyone could share his knowledge/experience about the interview and QP itself.

1. what do they expect or looking for a candidate ?
2. what sort of question asked ?
3. how do you know u nail the job ? (instantly ? after few weeks?)
4. do's and dont's during interview
5. salary for senior operations supervisor ?

I had applied many times for Middle East job, so I'm trying my best to prepare such that I can get the job. The rest...tawakal.

Even though it's a phone interview, I believe more or less it may applicable to you since you are having your interview for the first time, directly in KL.
