tak sure lah is it because i'm getting old, or sebab something (environment, food, etc) yang menyebabkan rambut gugur?

atau saya sorang jer terperasan lebih??

any of u guys/ gals ada problem rambut gugur semenjak dtg Qatar??

takder lah smpi 'berlubang"... hehehe...

tapi tiap kali bgn tido, leh nampak rambut gugur... sikat rambut pun gugur...

rizi perasan banyak sgt gugur compare masa kat Msia dulu...

Betul.. saya pun kena gak. Ni maybe sbb makan luar hari2. Biasa lar diorg masak pakai MSG.. tu yg rambut gugur dibuatnya.. Lg satu minum pepsi/coke pun menyebabkan rambut gugur..

Sekarang nih saya kurangkan makan fast food, Alhamdulillah kurang sikit rambut gugur..

Itulah musykil and apa yg Rizi hadapi. Kalau nak tie ngan environment kat sini tak betul rasanya coz saya lain ......... Rasa rambut makin cepat lebat pulak semenjak datang sini.

now nak kena jg makan... dah naik almost 10kg since 1st day arrive in Doha... hehehehe

jom ramai2 gie jogging kat cornich jumaat nie...

i plan nak beli nasi lemak Nadia, then gie jogging kat cornich... then leh picnic kat sana... tikar dah beli dah... hehehe

Cukup ke jogging nak 'bakar' penangan nasi lemak tu ? Silap2 picnic ok tapi jogging defer to a later date. Hehehehe ...... Jangan marah, gurau pagi2.

Salam Bro;
Bila masuk umo 40an...kalau rambut banyak lagi alhamdullillah...kalau dah start luruh normal.... tapi saya ada baca... air yang di suling...Desalination water memang effect dia macam tu... ada terbaca artikel ni long time ago...dan air laut yang di suling....kemudian di tambah garam secara manual untuk kegunaan awam selalu macam tu kata artikel tu...kalau jumpa artikel tu nanti insyaAllah saya paste kat sini...alhamdullillah saya 40an dan rambut lebat lagi...cuma uban je dah byk
