Kat sini, depa implement biometric finger print kat semua right ? i.e Citizen + foreigners, minus children. I imagine around 1 million. Perhaps in Msia, boleh implement kat foreign labour je which is about 2 million. By right, boleh kan kalau depa nak buat ?
