Sambal Totok Sambaltotok-2

Sambal Totok
Sumber : Majalah Saji Julai 2006

100gm ikan bilis
15 tangkai cili padi (i pakai 7 aje)
2 biji bawang besar (mayang)
secubit garam
sedikit gula
sedikit minyak

Cara-cara :

Mula-mula panaskan minyak kemudian goreng garing ikan bilis. Angkat dan ketepikan. Selepas itu, goreng pula cili padi dan bawang sehingga sedikit garing. Toskan sekejap minyaknya. Ambil lesung batu, kemudian tumbuk kesemua bahan yang telah digoreng tadi. Akhir sekali, gaulkan dengan sedikit garam dan gula mengikut citarasa anda. Senangkan kan!

betui ke 15 tangkai cili padi nie?...setangkai pun pedas gile.......he he he..oklah...will try this (with modification of number of cili)...looks so sedap!!!!

boleh..no problem......i will try using 1 tangkai cilipadi qatar.....kalau sedap, i jemput korang.....pastu, masa korang dtg, saya guna 15 tangkai cilipadi ...ok tak deal nie??? kan korang suke pedas pedas....lagi pedas kan lagi berapi....

lupa nak cakap i buat pakai 7 tangkai klu tak silap, pedas gak ler tapi sedap sampai Sad ...15 tangkai klu cili api kat msia ble ler kot hehehhe....DHL if u guna 1 tangkai aje i rasa sambal totok u tak cun ler tongue

NI bukan sambal oang jawa ke? Dulu saya ada kawan, dia orang jawa & selalu buatkan benda lebih kurang macam ni & kitorang makan dengan nasi panas-panas...memang sedap tapi berasap telinga

Sambal totok..wow! dah 9 bulan kat sini..baru jumpa site nie..macam menarik je..

orang jawa punya is sambal goreng...Tauhu + kentang + tempe goreng dulu lepas tu masak dengan bawang + kicap, makan dengan nasi panas panas, ikan kering kat tepi pinggan cubit sikit sikit and ada sambal kicap untuk bagi pedas sikit...
